Fused Glass Holiday Ornament Workshop Recap — A Festive Day of Creativity!
Our Fused Glass Holiday Ornament Workshop with KimberCat Glass was an incredible success! On Saturday, December 13th, guests joined us at Coexist Gallery for a fun, hands-on creative experience filled with holiday spirit, glass art, and plenty of smiles.
Participants designed two unique fused glass ornaments, choosing from base glass shapes and decorating them with frit, stringers, dots, and or shimmering dichroic accents. KimberCat Glass guided everyone through each step, teaching foundational glass skills while encouraging personal creativity. Even beginners were amazed at what they could create!
Hot chocolate added to the cozy holiday atmosphere as families, friends, and solo creators enjoyed crafting ornaments that will become treasured keepsakes for years to come. Some guests even chose to make additional ornaments — the ideas were flowing, and so was the fun!
Pieces were carefully taken to be kiln-fired off-site, and everyone is excited to pick up their finished creations next week.
